It's a 43-second view-filled ride in a 10-mph elevator to reach the observation deck.
There are maps to describe what you're seeing in each direction, and
telescopes offer close-up views of Elliott Bay or of Mount Rainier, 90 miles
away. There's an espresso bar and a lounge inside the observation deck.
Take I-5 north to NE 50th St (Exit #169). Go west 1.3 miles to the South Gate at N 50th
St and Fremont Ave N.
Over 300 species of animals live in award-winning naturalistic exhibits.

of Washington Waterfront Activities Center then explore the marshes
and wildlife around Foster Island.
The arboretum's main waterfront trail begins near the Museum
of History and Industry, where you'll find restrooms and plenty of parking.

A waterfront community on the shores of Lake Washington and only a few minutes
drive from Bellevue via 104th NE to Lake Washington Blvd. Many fine
restaurants, shops, art galleries and parks can be found along the waterfront
on your way. You may even spot a Seattle Seahawk; as Kirkland headquarters the
Northwest's professional football team.
