Sign up anytime! Call your SQLSoft+ Account Representative directly or call
1 (800) 775-9905. Registrations are accepted any time up to the class start
date, subject to space availability. Upon notification of your class enrollment,
a confirmation form will be e-mailed to you for your acceptance. The e-mail
confirmation form must be returned to SQLSoft+ immediately to confirm a seat
in the class(es). Upon receipt of the e-mail form, an invoice will be mailed
two weeks prior to class.

SQLSoft+ Early Bird Registration
Our SQLSoft+ Early Bird Registration program is designed to reward those
that plan ahead and register early by offering substantial savings up to 10%.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required 10 business days prior to beginning the class, or
immediately if the class is booked within 10 business days of the class starts
date. Valid payments include check, credit card, money order or pre-approved
purchase orders/contract numbers. Payment terms require an approved credit application.
Smart Registrations must be prepaid.

Student Prerequisites
It’s all about quality training. SQLSoft+ clearly identifies course prerequisites
to assure a student’s training success. We will make every reasonable
effort to provide customers with the required information to help screen students.
It is important that all students read and understand the course outline, as
well as meet the necessary prerequisites. We urge clients to support us actively
in this policy, designed to protect your investment.

Student Substitutions
Student substitutions are invited and may be made without penalty, prior to
the start of the course, providing that the replacement student has a suitable
level of experience and knowledge to attend the course.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Occasionally you may need to cancel or reschedule a course after the booking has been confirmed and we will make every effort to accommodate your new requirements. However, since this involves additional costs for us if you cancel or reschedule less than ten (10) business days prior to the class start date, you will be charged the full amount of the class.
You can then attend the same class on a space-available basis on a future date at no additional charge (as long as we are still offering the same class using the same courseware). To take advantage of this offer, you must contact your Account Manager as soon as possible regarding your situation and make arrangements to pick up the courseware.
Please note that cancellation fees will not be credited to any other courses. SQLSoft+ reserves the right to cancel classes. In the unlikely event that your training course does not take place, we will make every effort to reschedule the course and you will be offered an alternative date to take the course.
