Register By Telephone
Sign up anytime! Call your SQLSoft+ Account Representative directly or call
1 (800) 775-9905. Registrations are accepted any time up to the class start
date, subject to space availability. Upon notification of your class enrollment,
a confirmation form will be e-mailed to you for your acceptance. The e-mail
confirmation form must be returned to SQLSoft+ immediately to confirm a seat
in the class(es). Upon receipt of the e-mail form, an invoice will be mailed
two weeks prior to class.

SQLsoft+ Early Bird Registration
Our SQLSoft+ Early Bird Registration program is designed to reward those
that plan ahead and register early by offering substantial savings up to 15%.

Refresher Classes
Students who attend our courses may take the same unrevised course again at
no charge on a space-available basis, anytime within a year provided you bring
your course materials with you. Call your SQLSoft+ Account Representative to
register for your refresher class.
Re-takes from other training providers are welcome too on a space
available basis. There is a difference!

Payment Terms
Full payment is required 10 business days prior to beginning the class, or
immediately if the class is booked within 10 business days of the class starts
date. Valid payments include check, credit card, money order or pre-approved
purchase orders/contract numbers. Payment terms require an approved credit application.
Smart Registrations must be prepaid.

Student Prerequisites
It’s all about quality training. SQLSoft+ clearly identifies course prerequisites
to assure a student’s training success. We will make every reasonable
effort to provide customers with the required information to help screen students.
It is important that all students read and understand the course outline, as
well as meet the necessary prerequisites. We urge clients to support us actively
in this policy, designed to protect your investment.

Student Substitutions
Student substitutions are invited and may be made without penalty, prior to
the start of the course, providing that the replacement student has a suitable
level of experience and knowledge to attend the course.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Occasionally you may need to cancel or reschedule a course. If you wish to
cancel or reschedule a course after the booking has been confirmed in writing,
we will make every effort to accommodate your new requirements. As this involves
additional costs for us, however, the following cancellation policy will apply:
You may cancel or reschedule a class eleven (11) or more business days prior to the class at no charge. If cancellation occurs ten (10) to six (6) business days prior to the class dates, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the class price. You are responsible for paying 100% of the class price if you cancel five (5) business days or less prior to the class dates.
If you pay 100% of the class price, you can attend the course on a space-available basis on a future date at no extra charge as long as the same class is still being offered at SQLSoft+ and the courseware has not been updated. You must contact your representative as soon as possible regarding your situation and make arrangements to pick up the courseware as soon as possible.
Please note that cancellation fees will not be credited to any other classes. SQLSoft+ reserves the right to cancel classes. In the unlikely event that your training course does not take place after your booking has been confirmed in writing, we will make every effort to reschedule the course and you will be offered an alternative date to take the course.

Liability
SQLSoft+ accepts no liability for the failure of any third party hardware,
software, and/or systems that may be the subject of any SQLSoft+ services; this
includes failure to meet its operating specification and/or its ability to process
date-specific data.

or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying,
or otherwise, without prior permission in writing of the copyright owner.
