Directions
From Bainbridge/Winslow Ferry
- You will exit the ferry directly onto HWY 305; follow 305 across the Agate
Pass Bridge towards Poulsbo and HWY 3.
- The third traffic light after crossing the bridge is Lincoln. Turn right
(uphill) onto Lincoln, then take the first left onto 10th and immediately
take the next right onto Powder Hill Drive.
- Our office is located up the hill; look for the Paladin sign.
From the Bremerton Ferry
- You will exit the ferry onto First Street and then be diverted to the right
onto Washington Avenue. Follow Washington Avenue (in the left lane) as it
bends to the left and becomes 11th Street.
- At the traffic signal on Warren Avenue (HWY 303), turn right; this road
changes names several times until it eventually becomes Waaga Way.
- You climb a large hill and at the bottom of the hill, you will see signs
to HWY 3 North. You need to be in the right lane coming down the hill and
exit to the right merging into HWY 3.
- Follow HWY 3 North toward the Hood Canal Bridge.
- Just past the Finn Hill Exit, take the HWY 305 (Poulsbo-Bainbridge Island)
Exit, turning right from the exit.
- From the freeway exit you remain on HWY 305 until the fifth traffic signal
(before the second light you need to merge to the left).
- This fifth signal is Lincoln, turn left (uphill) onto Lincoln, then take
the first left onto 10th and immediately take the next right onto Powder Hill
Drive.
- Our office is located up the hill; look for the Paladin sign.
From the Edmonds/Kingston Ferry
- Exit directly onto HWY 104 through Kingston. HWY 104 becomes Bond Road.
- Continue along Bond Road (approx. 10-15 minutes) until you reach the intersection
at HWY 305 (Third stoplight after leaving Kingston).
- Turn left onto HWY 305 and continue to the third traffic signal. This third
signal is Lincoln, turn left (uphill) onto Lincoln, then take the first left
onto 10th and immediately take the next right onto Powder Hill Drive.
- Our office is located up the hill; look for the Paladin sign.
From HWY 3 (South Kitsap County)
- From HWY 16, follow HWY 3 North toward the Hood Canal Bridge.
- Just past the Finn Hill Exit, you take the HWY 305/Poulsbo/Bainbridge Island

Driving from Sea-Tac Airport
- Follow signs from the airport to INTERSTATE 5 South.
- Follow the INTERSTATE towards Tacoma for approximately 20 miles.
- After you pass the Tacoma Dome, prepare to make a right exit at the top
of the hill (CAUTION: Slow-moving trucks could be in the right lanes).
- Take Exit 132, 38th Street/HWY 16, staying to the right when the exit splits.
The exit makes a rather sharp right turn and has traffic merging into the
right lane.
- You cross the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, which can be quite a bottleneck during
peak travel times.
- Stay on HWY 16 for approximately 20 miles until it merges with HWY 3 in
Gorst.
- The middle lane is the best to catch HWY 3 N as the road turns to the right
(do not take the overpass on the left, which is HWY 3 South).
- Travel along the waterfront for a couple of miles until the road splits
again.
- Follow the left split, which is HWY 3 N toward Hood Canal Bridge.
- Just past the Finn Hill Exit, take the HWY 305 Poulsbo/Bainbridge Island

Driving from Portland, Oregon
- Follow Interstate 5 North into Tacoma, approximately 130 miles from the
Oregon/Washington border.
- Take Exit 132, 38th Street/HWY 16, staying to the left when the exit splits.
The two lane exit merges into one on the left side, makes a rather sharp left
turn as it passes under the Interstate and you will need to immediately merge
to the left (your lane becomes an exit only lane).
- You cross the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, which can be quite a bottleneck during

Gorst.
